overhead crane and is very familiar with the design
and use. Bill is a 1982 Technical High graduate with
high honors specializing in marine business and
repair. Bill has been a Mercury Marine Certified
Technician since 1984 and has specialized in Mercury
Marine product repairs and is a Premier Factory
